  1. Create an account or log in on the Con Edison website on a computer or laptop using your email and password
  2. At the top of the page, select “Account & Billing”, then “My Account”

National Fuel Gas

How to collect the past two years of your National Fuel Gas natural gas usage history.

  1. Go to the National Fuel website on a computer or laptop and log into your account. (If you do not already have an online account, click “Create Account”. You will be redirected to another page. Enroll by entering your account number on a past bill and your zip code.)How to create a National Fuel Gas Online Account
  2. Find the table under “Billing Activity Information”. We need the following information from your past two years of usage:
    1. Date
    2. Reading
    3. Read type
    4. Gas CCF amounts

  4. If you do not have an online portal, please call National Fuel and request the last two years of your gas usage

National Grid Upstate and Long Island

How to collect the past two years of your National Grid Upstate and Long Island natural gas usage history.

If you have never tried to access your online National Grid Portal, please follow step 1. If you have, please skip to step 2.

  1. Go to the National Grid website on a computer or laptop and:
    1. Select your region (New York)
    2. Select your state region (Upstate or Long Island)
    3. Select what kind of customer you are (Home)
  2. Register for online access or log in using your email and passwordNational Grid

National Grid Metro

How to collect the past two years of your National Grid Metro natural gas usage history.

  1. Go to the National Grid website on a computer or laptop
  2. Before logging in to your National Grid Metro access portal, you will need to find your access code as well as your account number National Grid Access Code
  3. Sign in with your User ID and Password (These are different from your account number and access code)Metro1
  4. Once on the main homepage of your National Grid Metro account, please click on “Usage History, Current Bill & Energy Use Analysis” as pictured below (If you experience loading issues try using Firefox as an Internet browser) Metro2
  5. After your selection, you will be brought to this page:
  6. Click on “Export” to download your data

Corning Natural Gas

How to collect the past two years of your Corning Natural Gas natural gas usage history.

Unfortunately, we are not partnered with Corning Natural Gas at this time. However, we can still work with them with your help! Below are the steps you can take to collect your Corning Natural Gas usage:

  1. Corning Natural Gas requires verbal confirmation from the Homeowner (you) to release any kind of information to a third party (us). Please call them at (607) 936-3755 or (800) 834-2134
  2. Request the past 2 years (if applicable) of your usage history and ask them to include the following data:
    1. Read Date
    2. Read Status
    3. Billed Usage in CCFs
  3. You will receive an email from Corning Natural Gas with your attached usage, similar to this example:

Eversource Energy

  6. Once that button has been clicked, open the CSV file wherever downloads are found on your device. PGW Philadelphia Gas Works

How to collect the past two years of your PGW Philadelphia Gas Works natural gas usage history.

  1. Create an account or log in on the PGW website on a computer or laptop using your email and password
  2. Select the “Usage” tab at the top of the screen
  3. Select “Export to Excel” on the bottom left side of the screen
  4. Once the Excel file (named UsageDataMM/DD/YYYY.xls) has downloaded,  select the “Billing” tab
  5. Select the “History” tab and click “Export to Excel”
  6. Once the Excel file (named BillingHistory.xls) has downloaded, you will use both of these files for your usage history submission

PECO

How to collect the past two years of your PECO natural gas usage history.

  1. Create an account or log in on the PECO website on a computer or laptop using your email and password
  2. Go to “My Account” and click “My Usage”
  3. Select “My Green Button Data” from the list under “My Usage”
  4. Click the Green Button to download your energy history
  5. Select “Export all bill totals” and “CSV”
  6. Use the exported UsageData.zip folder for your usage history submission

South Jersey Gas

How to collect the past two years of your South Jersey Gas natural gas usage history.

  1. Create an account or log in on the South Jersey Gas website on a computer or laptop using your user name and password
  2. Find the “Billing & Payments” tab and select “Account Summary”
  3. In the “Account Statement” page, enter your move-in date as the “Start Date” and today’s date as the “End Date”
  4. Select “Open PDF” and save the file to your computer
  5. The PDF should look like the following example:

UGI

How to collect the past two years of your UGI natural gas usage history.

  1. Create an account or log in on the UGI website on a computer or laptop using your User ID and password
  2. Navigate to the “Usage” module
  3. Enter your move-in date as the “Start Date” and today’s date as the “End Date”
  4. Download your data into Excel format

Columbia Gas

How to collect the past two years of your Columbia Gas natural gas usage history.

  1. Create an account or log in on the Columbia Gas website on a computer or laptop using your email and password
  2. Go to “Bills & Payments” and look for your most recent bill
  3. Select “Export as PDF”
  4. Create an email with your first and last name as the subject and the downloaded file attached

Central Hudson

How to collect the past two years of your Central Hudson natural gas usage history.

For Central Hudson customers, we need to know your account number in order to collect your energy usage history.

  1. Find your most recent Central Hudson bill and note the account number in the top right of the bill
  2. Fill out this form with your personal information and that account number

Peoples Gas

How to collect the past two years of your Peoples Gas natural gas usage history.

  1. Create an account or log in on the Peoples Gas website on a computer or laptop and log in with your email and password
  2. Select “View bill history”
  3. Scroll down until you see a table with your bill amounts
  4. Ensure that “File type” is set to “Comma Separated Values (.csv)” and click “Download”
  5. A .csv file will download to your computer similar to this example:
  6. Once the file (named BillHistory_Account_#######.csv) has downloaded, you will use this for your energy history submission

North Shore Gas

How to collect the past two years of your North Shore Gas natural gas usage history.

  1. Create an account or log in on the North Shore Gas website on a computer or laptop using your email and password
  2. Click “View bill history”
  3. Scroll down until you see a table with your bill amounts
  4. Ensure that “File type” is set to “Comma Separated Values (.csv)” and click “Download”
  5. A .csv file will download to your computer similar to this example:
  6. Once the file (named BillHistory_Account_#######.csv) has downloaded, you will use this for your energy history submission

Nicor Gas

How to collect the past two years of your Nicor Gas natural gas usage history.

  1. Create an account or log in on the Nicor Gas website on a computer or laptop using your User ID and password
  2. Select “Usage History”
  3. Once in “Usage History”, select “Go to Usage View” at the top left of the chart
  4. Next, click the green download arrow at the top right of the chart
  5. Below is an example of what the usage export looks like (make sure you have downloaded the usage history, not the billing history)

Peoples Gas PA

How to collect the past two years of your Peoples Gas PA natural gas usage history.

  1. Create an account or log in on the Peoples Gas e-account website on a computer or laptop using your username and password
  2. Navigate to the “Billing” tab
  3. Select “Statement of Account”
  4. Go to the “Usage Only” tab and download a PDF statement of your usage

Alliant Energy

How to collect the past two years of your Alliant Energy natural gas usage history.

1. Go to the Alliant Energy website and log into your account

2. Click “Usage”

3. In the bottom left of the Usage graph, click “Export to Excel”

4. Next, click Billing

5. On the left, click “Bill & Payment History”

We Energies

How to collect the past two years of your We Energies natural gas usage history.

1. Go to the We Energies website and log into your account

2. Click “View bill history”

Wisconsin Public Service

How to collect the past two years of your Wisconsin Public Service natural gas usage history.

1. Go to the Wisconsin Public Service website and log into your account


2. Click “View bill history”

3. Click the “Usage” tab

4. Scroll down below the graph

5. Ensure that File type is set to “Comma Separated Values (.csv)” and click “Download”

Xcel Energy

How to collect the past two years of your Xcel Energy natural gas usage history.

1. Go to the Xcel Energy website and log into your account

2. Click “Billing”

3. Click the “PDF” button on each of your previous bills to download them

4. Click “Display More” to see and download more of your previous bills. Download at least the past year’s bills

Madison Gas and Electric

How to collect the past two years of your Madison Gas and Electric natural gas usage history.

1. Go to the Madison Gas & Electric website and log into your account

2. Click “Payment and Billing”

3. Click “Billing and Energy Data”

4. Set “From” Date to 12-18 months ago (depending on your move-in date) and “To” Date to today

5. Scroll down and click “Download all of my Billing and Energy Data”

6. This will download both your gas and electric usage history

Propane

General Propane Collection

How to collect the past two years of your General Propane Collection propane usage history.

  1. Log into your propane company account
  2. Download a ledger of at least 1 year of your historical deliveries (ideally 2 years)
    • This document is also commonly referred to as a “Transaction Report”

Alternatively:

  1. Call your propane company
  2. Give them your name, address, and phone number
  3. Tell them you are having an Energy Audit, and need them to send you a ledger of the past 2 years (if you have lived in the home less than 2 years, ask for at least 1 year)
    • Be clear with them that you need the ledger to include the delivery volumes in gallons, not the dollar amounts that you were billed
  4. Have the propane company send the ledger to you by email
    • If they are unable to send the ledger by email, ask them to fax the usage to this number: (516) 366-5547

Please note that we cannot accept the following items as propane ledgers:

  1. Your own personal record of propane delivery dates and amounts
  2. Individual propane bills or receipts

Oil

General Oil Collection

How to collect the past two years of your General Oil Collection oil usage history.

  1. Log into your oil company account
  2. Download a ledger of at least 1 year of your historical deliveries (ideally 2 years)
    • This document is also commonly referred to as a “Transaction Report”

Alternatively:

  1. Call your oil company
  2. Give them your name, address, and phone number
  3. Tell them you are having an Energy Audit and need them to send you a ledger of the past 2 years of oil deliveries to your home (if you have lived in the home less than 2 years, ask for at least 1 year)

COD Fuel

How to collect the past two years of your COD Fuel oil usage history.

  1. Log into your COD Fuel online portal using your credentials
  2. Download or screenshot your oil order history from the past 2 years
    • We need the screenshots to include the delivery volumes in gallons, not the dollar amounts that you were billed
  3. When logged into your COD account, select the “My Orders” tab
  4. On the top of the page, select your address under “Property”
  5. Under “Year” select the past 2 full years of your delivery data
  6. Select the “View Orders” button to see all deliveries from the date range you selected
  7. You must select each delivery that appears. Selecting a delivery will bring you to the essential data needed, in a tab titled “Delivery Information”
    • The “Delivery Information” tab will be the area you screenshot for each delivery listed in your order history (this step will require several screenshots)

Electric

How to collect the past two years of your Eversource Energy electricity usage history.

FirstEnergy

How to collect the past two years of your FirstEnergy electricity usage history.

  1. Create an account or log in on the FirstEnergy website on a computer or laptop using your username and password
  2. Select your name in the top right corner then navigate to “My Account”
  3. Once in “My Account”, select “Analyze Usage” on the left
  4. Once in “Analyze Usage”, select “Bill Comparison”
  5. In “Bill Comparison”, scroll down and click “Green Button: Download my data”
  6. Select “Export all bill totals” and “CSV”, and then select “Export” to download your UsageData.zip folder

PECO

How to collect the past two years of your PECO electricity usage history.

  1. Create an account or log in on the PECO website on a computer or laptop using your email and password
  2. Go to “My Account” and select “My Usage”
  3. Select “My Green Button Data” from the list under “My Usage”

  1. Create an account or log in on the UGI website on a computer or laptop using your User ID and password
  2. Navigate to the “Usage” module
  3. Enter your move-in date as the “Start Date” and today’s date as the “End Date”
  4. Download your data into Excel format

PPL Electric

How to collect the past two years of your PPL Electric electricity usage history.

  1. Create an account or log in on the PPL Electric website on a computer or laptop using your email or username and password
  2. At the top of the page, select “My Account” and then “Account Summary”
  3. On the left of the page, select “Daily Electricity Usage”
  4. Scroll down to “Export up to 2 years of data to Excel”
  5. When exporting your usage history:
    1. If you’ve moved into your home within the last 2 years, enter your move-in date as the “Start Date” and today’s date as the “To Date”
    2. If you’ve been in the home longer than 2 years, enter today’s date in 2019 as the “Start Date” and today’s date as the “To Date”
  6. Select “Export” to download an Excel file of your usage history

Atlantic City Electric

  5. Ensure that File type is set to “Comma Separated Values (.csv)” and click “Download”

Madison Gas and Electric

How to collect the past two years of your Madison Gas and Electric electricity usage history.

1. Go to the Madison Gas & Electric website and log into your account

2. Click “Payment and Billing”

3. Click “Billing and Energy Data”

4. Set “From” Date to 12-18 months ago (depending on your move-in date) and “To” Date to today

5. Scroll down and click “Download all of my Billing and Energy Data”

6. This will download both your gas and electric usage history

Solar

Tesla

How to collect the past two years of your Tesla solar usage history.

  1. Open up the Tesla app – this can only be done via the app, not online.
  2. On the Home Screen, click on “Solar Home” (may also be titled “My Home” or “Custom User Created Name”).
  3. Click on Power Flow (may also be titled “My Home”), then click on “Solar.”
  4. Choose Date Range – we will need the past 2 years of data.
  5. Swipe up, and you will be given the the option to “download my data.”
  6. The report will download to your devices, and give you options to share the downloaded file.
  7. If you participate in net metering, we need to know how much of your solar energy your system historically net-metered each month. Net-metered amounts show up as negative amounts on your electricity bill, since this is how much power your solar system produced above what your household used.
  8. This link has an example table of net metering data that you should be able to find on your electric utility bill or on your online electric utility portal. Once you locate this data, please send an image of it attached with your solar production. We use this data to create an accurate and custom proposal for your home.

Enphase

How to collect the past two years of your Enphase solar usage history.

  1. Go to the Enphase website and log in with your credentials.
  2. Once you are logged in, click the three lines in the top right corner, and then select Reports.Enphase1
  3. Now you will see your daily production data in a table. From here you can download your data.
    1. Ensure that Daily Production is selected.
    2. Select the start date as two years ago. If the system was installed less than two years ago, please select the date the system was installed.
    3. Ensure that the end date is the current date.Enphase2
  4. Click the arrow to download your solar production data. If you participate in net metering, we need to know how much of your solar energy your system historically net metered each month. Net metered amounts show up as negative amounts on your electricity bill, since this is how much power your solar system produced above what your household used. This link has an example table of net metering data that you should be able to find on your electric utility bill or on your online electric utility portal. Once you locate this data, please send an image of it attached with your solar production. We use this data to create an accurate and custom proposal for your home.
  5. The data will be exported as a .CSV file. Please then email this file to your Solution Architect.

Solar Edge

How to collect the past two years of your Solar Edge solar usage history.

  1. Go to the SolarEdge website on a computer or laptop and log in with your credentials.
  2. Once you are logged in, you will be able to view your production Dashboard. From here you will be able to download your data.
    1. Ensure that Month is selected at the top of the Power and Energy box.
    2. Click the CSV page icon in the top right-hand corner of the Power and Energy box to export this data as a CSV.
    3. Name the file MonthYear.csv (e.g. Feb19.csv) and save it to a folder named YourLastName_SolarProduction.SolarEdge1
  3. Now click Previous Month at the bottom of the Power and Energy box. Follow steps 2a-c with each month for the last two years, or as long as you have had your system.

How to collect the past two years of your SunPower solar usage history.

  1. Go to the SunPower website on a computer or laptop and log in with your username and password by clicking “MY SUNPOWER” in the upper right corner
  2. Select “Homeowners Login” when prompted
  3. On the My SunPower homepage click “Custom” in the top right corner
  4. On the calendar, first click the date your solar panels were installed, then click today’s date

  5. Click the small cloud button above the bar graph to export your daily production data

  6. This Excel file will download to your computer
  7. Attach the Excel file to an email and send it directly to your Solution Architect

SunnyPortal

How to collect the past two years of your SunnyPortal solar usage history.

  1. Go to the SunnyPortal Website on a computer or laptop and log in using your Email and Password
  2. Once you are logged in, click “Energy and Power” on the left menu
  3. Select the “Month” tab above the graph of your solar generation
  4. This will present you with your “Daily Solar Generation”. Move your mouse over the Gear in the bottom right of the graph, then press the “Download” button (in the middle). This will download the current month’s “Daily Solar Generation”
  5. Next, select the month dropdown and pick the previous month, then download the data for that month
  6. Continue this process to download usage from the last 12 months
  7. Once the last 12 months of your solar data has been downloaded, attach these files to an email and send it to your Solution Architect
